All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after order/payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Custom embroidery or special requests may require extra time — we’ll notify you directly if that’s the case.
Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll automatically receive an official fulfillment confirmation containing a tracking number via email, WhatsApp, or SMS. You can use this tracking identifier to monitor your shipment’s status in real time.
Our domestic courier partners will attempt delivery at your designated destination. Please double-check your provided address to guarantee absolute accuracy. If a package cannot be successfully completed due to an incorrect shipping address or persistent unavailability, the customer may be held responsible for additional re-shipping logistics fees.
At the moment, OOTD Designs ships exclusively within Pakistan. For special bespoke international routing requests, please coordinate with our logistics team at ootddesigns@gmail.com prior to placing your order.
If your package arrives physically compromised, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo documentation so we can swiftly assist. While we enforce strict, secure studio packaging, OOTD Designs is not legally liable for handling delays or dynamic damages induced entirely by third-party courier companies.
