Exchange & Refund Policy

To qualify for a flawless item exchange, your return must fulfill the following mandatory criteria:

• Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its pristine original condition with all tags and packaging fully intact.

• The exchange request must be initiated within 14 days of your documented delivery date.

• The item must not be customized in any way (such as embroidered names, tailored adjustments, or special alterations).

The following product categories are strictly excluded from our exchange framework:

• Customized or personalized products (e.g., tailored name embroidery).
• Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, damaged, or altered post-delivery.
• Clearance inventory or promotional sale items (explicitly marked as final sale).

* Return parcel logistics costs are entirely the buyer’s responsibility unless the items arrived factory-damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence attached. We will immediately arrange a priority replacement shipment at zero additional cost to you.

• No Cash Refunds: We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

• Stock Availability: Product exchanges are explicitly dependent on real-time stock availability. If your requested size or colorway is exhausted, our team will assist you in selecting an alternative design.

• Shipping Fees: Original and return shipping fees are inherently non-refundable.
